Unable to send messages using outlook contacts that have been synchronized with iCloud

Hi all, I wanted to synchronize my calendars with my iPhone so was forced to choose to synchronize my contacts thanks to the iCloud control panel. I use Outlook 2013 as my primary e-mail client. The contacts are now under a folder in iCloud. I am unable to find an option to send e-mail via
