Do you need the different ICloud accounts? The reason I ask is that
my wife and I have a shared Calendar between us, which we use the
ICloud shared account to keep updated between devices. If we put in
different ICloud accounts, this data would not be updated, correct?

Hi, yes, here is how you can do this.
1. Use just one single Apple ID, let's say from the main person who pays
for the apps, ETC. That is what is signed into only the App Store on all
phones or iPads or whatever.
2. Each person who has an iDevice must have their own Apple ID, but not
signed
Guys
Do you know if you need to have a different iTunes account or a different
iCloud account to be able to Facetime people? Our family’s phones hae both in
common and neither Facetime nor Facetime Audio calls work.
Thanks, Robin.
