A few days ago, I ran into the 35% VO volume bug on my iPhone 5S. I did a
reset of my settings after which I went through my various settings and set

Hi, someone can correct me if I am wrong. But I think this is a bug you're
going to have to deal with. It is not fixed as far as I know. Apple is aware of
