I just got the vocwkeyer app. Is there any documentation for it?

I notice that it is very sensitive, so if I hold my finger a split second too
long, it enters two, three, or four dots when I only wanted one. Any tip would
be helpful.I wanted to know what the iambic setting

I can get this Vocwkeyer app in the UK app store. Not sure what I think
but it is a little sluggish on my iPhone 4 but certainly usable otherwise.
