able to get it to respond was to upload all my books to the cloud, which I had
stopped doing for a while that corrected the problem. Maybe turn

took it a few, sometimes several seconds to open, as if it were having to sort
or reload something, but it always did open. Today, it opened right away. I
do not sync my books to iCloud.

I didn't have to back up things to the cloud. My voice dream reader
worked just fine after the update.

open. I've already rebooted my iPhone SE 2020, and relaunched VDR with no
