Voice dream reader update and a problem

There was a voice dream reader update on the App Store this morning, so I updated it. I just open the app, only to be told that iCloud was not available. That seems strange, since iCloud Drive is on my phone and I can see things on it. So I opened up Voice Dream again, and now the document
