Well, I'm blown away so far. The best $6 I've ever spent. As a stand-alone, it works fine. Often, I don't care about keeping my results at all. I have a rather unique application for the scanner. I have a rather extensive collection of vinyl records that I have collected since 1970 or earlier. I am ripping them to digital form using audacity and getting rid of many disks to save space. I have struggled for years to get the record centers to scan because it is important to me to know the order in which the sides play, especially in 2, 3 or 4 or more disk sets. I have gotten other programs to work intermittently but it was always a struggle. Voice dream scanner did the job almost flawlessly and only erred when I had the disk turned very Askew. I Can't wait to try it on dry cereal or frozen meat or vegetables.
