In addition to Speechify, I'm aware of Book Player and Speech Central. I used
Book Player before I switched to Voice Dream. I was OK with it but importing
audio books from One Drive took forever. It also didn't have all of the
features that you find in Voice Dr

Now that Applause is forcing people who bought VoiceDream Reader to subscribe,
I'm looking for good alternatives. Free would be nice, of course, but I'm
potentially willing to pay, so long as it's not a subscription. I've tried
Speechify, which I liked, but the speech was much too slow.
