Notifications are spoken half the time wiht my iPhone 6 running iOS
8.0.2. Sometimes I get partial notifications and other times I get
nothing at all, just a sound indicating that I have a notification. I
get around it by looking in the notification center or manually

I hope that they get this problem fixed in 8.1. I am consittering
writing to apple accessibility to report it as I am sure many have
done. I find how ever that having speak notifications inable gets
around this. I guess we will see what happens.

I have the same problem of not reading notifications on the locked screen. I

I can verify what Deb's saying here.
I have losst notification readouts on my IPhone 4S when I updated. Voice
over doesn't respond when the tri tone goes off.
What can we try next to resolve this?

now. However I still think that is something Apple cld improve. I don't always
like my notifications to be spoken.
