I know that Apple has changed the weather app on iOS eight on the phone. But
they don't seem to have added this app to the iPad. If they have, I'm certainly
not seeing it. What are people using now for a good accessible detailed weather
app for the iPad?

As a U.K. resident I use two free accessible apps: BBC Weather and Met Office.
Weather has never been part of the iPad as far as I know.
