It's really hard to impossible to do: when I tried to on my first ever ride that got canceled on me, I couldn't find anywhere in the app to write about this, and then when I tried it on Safari, I had to verify that I was a human, and couldn't get everything done in time before the verification expired. I had to contact them on Twitter! From within the app, if you can get to where it says get help, there is just a heading, which you can't get beyond. I encourage people to write and tell them to improve on this situation please.
