Hey everyone, here's something else you may or may not have known about
them. Many times the instructions will tell you to charge them every
few months. The reason for this is that lithium polimer batteries
actually have a protection circuit, almost like a computer chip in them
to prevent over charging, or charging at high temperatures. This
circuit actually draws a small amount of power from the battery. If a
lithium polimer battery goes completely dead, to the point where this
chip no longer receives power, the battery will probably not be able to
be recharged and will need to be replaced. The other big enemy of
lithium polimer batteries is high temperatures. So, when possible,
avoid leaving these types of batteries in hot places for a long time.
