Find the reminder in whichever list it lives in. There are two options: delete
it, removing it forever, or marking it as complete, hiding it but leaving it in
the list under the "completed items" part.
To delete, simply swipe up with one finger while touching the reminder (not the
checkbox) unt
I have a 5C and cannot delete reminders. Is there a way to do this?

I don't remember if swiping up or down works, but I think it does. Either way,
you can double tap a reminder (not the checkbox for it, but the reminder
itself) and find delete in there, or hit edit, choose the reminders to delete,
and there you go.
