This bug has been commented on I think from time to time. It seems to show up
on a random basis, at least for me, sometimes on Facebook, sometimes when
sending an email based off of a Safari link, and very occasionally in the email
app itself. Voiceover talks when I am talking, and I see that

I think its a good idea, too, except that VO shouldn't be caught. Meaning, that
bit shouldn't be inserted.
