Hello,
I have noticed that Google no longer appears in the list of apps that can be
selected to appear in the notifications center. Therefore, when selecting today
in the notifications, I no longer get information about traffic, my destination

Thanks, Ricardo. I know I can go and disable location services for Google now.
That is what I have done. However, that kind of makes Google now not nearly as
useful as it otherwise might be. I don't understand why, if the app is not
running, location services for it are still on. Tha
Hi all,
I finally got around to activating Google now on my iPhone. Much to my
surprise, even with the app removed from the app switcher, location tracking is
still on. This remains true even after a reboot. Why is this, and how can I
stop it? Not amused.

The one big thing about Google Now currently is that many of the cards
or areas that you can get information on are not accessible to us.
This is what I have read from reliable people on Twitter. A few cards
are accessible, but these people have said that many are unlabeled
buttons or not
Google Now is part of Google Search on IOS. Google Now displays cards
about information it thinks you need now, such as traffic, weather, your
next appointment and so on. You can read more at

I know little about Google Now except that one can use it to do
searches. Additionally, I have heard that it has some of Siri's
functionality.
Please would someone provide a capsule synopsis of just what one can do
using this program. Also, if anyone has attempted to use this program

Hi
If your familiar with the Google search app then you know about the Google
version of Siri.
If you don't then imagine the same thing only a little faster. The only
problem is that you h

If you don't have Activator get that while your there. This is the tweak that
will let you assign Google now to any button or gesture.
Now get the Google search app.

So, aside from talking about the accessibility of different operating
systems and perhaps pointing out the flaws in Android, can we get back
to the original topic of this thread of the Google Now app? Does
anyone have any experience with Google Now? How accessible is Google

Hi. I heard a bit about the app today in a show. They were talking
about Siri and that some people are disappointed that it's not on every
iPhone. So with this new Google app, can you do the exact same things
you can do with Siri like calling people, sending texts or is it just

Is it different between voice search and google now?

They may have made Android more accessible but it is still greatly
lacking and has a lot more room for improvement.

Google now feature. Many buttons were not labeled. Properly. Except the whether
card, I couldn't navigate to other cards such as traffic etc. Yes they have
made considerable progress but in few apps like latitude,
