I have been wondering about this app for a long time. one advantage I heard it
has over the notes app, is that you can create separate notes for each
individual or event, and keep adding onto the note pertaining to the event or
individual.

If really what you want is a good app for creating and sharing lists, I
would highly recommend AnyList found by searching the app store. The
author has done a great job in making it 100% VO compatible. My wife and
I both use this all the time for various lists and it's terrific keeping
