that say whatever you want, in assorted voices. There are free versions.

Get her to turn always speak notifications on under settings, general,
accessibility, VoiceOver.

I'm writing on behalf of a friend running iOS 8.2 on an iPhone 6. Sometimes
she misses the caller's name on a phone call and was wondering how to get
VoiceOver to say the name again. Is there a particular place on the screen
to touch to do this or some other step to do it?
