I have 3gb available. I have signed out of iCloud and back in and notice still
no backup.
Any other ideas please?

Hi,
Turn off iCloud backup and back your phone up to your computer. Then turn
iCloud backup back on and try backing up again. When I had a similar problem,
those steps fixed it.
