Hello.

I had a massive hard drive failure recently, and I had to replace my computer.
Unfortunately, I did not back up my iTunes library. If possible, I would like
to keep the data I have on my phone. My husband has done some research for me,
and he came across this program called iExplorer 3 by macroplant, which will do
what I need. Have any of you tried using this with JAWS? I checked the
archives, and I saw messages discussing iExplorer, but I’m not sure it’s the
same one. Are there any other programs that are accessible on a windows pc that
I can use to save what I have on my iPhone, so I can sync it with iTunes again
without having to start over with tones and music?
I appreciate any ideas or suggestions any of you may have on this problem I’ve
gotten myself into.

Have a good day.

Candie
