liked the landscape mode. But as a VO user, i've never seen any
advantage for it. The one exception might be in any browser, I like
the way it lays things out in landscape mode for the browser. but

Landscape orientation on an iPad allows for a nearly full-size onscreen
keyboard. It’s also more conducive to running two apps side by side at the same
time.
