The easiest way is to buy a lightening to HDMI adaptor from Apple or
someone like Belkin. Depending on the length of your HDMI cable, you
may also wish to invest in a Blutooth keyboard so that you can control
the device without having to stand up and use it near the TV.

Hi, you can do this either through Apple TV, or through either 30 pin to VGA
adapter or lightning to VGA adapter.
Depending on what sort of TV you have, you may able to use it with either 30
pin or lightning to digital AV adapter.
