hey all, anyone found that we can change the speech rate in the language rotor. and , it is not take efective in the defalt one? but, it seems can not work in my case. I'm using IPhone 4 and when I change the speech rate to 50 percent and it doesn't work hwen I switch it in the language rotor. anyone can help?
