Yes it is accessible. You can get the free or paid version, and both are the
same as far as accessibility are concerned. Same thing with Shazam.

I like both Shazam and Sound, but I found SoundHound was more finicky about
discovering music. You couldn't use the headphone microphone and it doesn't
discover music by itself just to name a few issues.

well. I also use SoundHound, which is quite accessible.

Shasam or MusicID will do this.
Shasam is free, fully accessible, MusicID is about 2 dollars and is fully
accessible. MusicID is probably my preferred one just because the screens are a
little less cluttered, So finding the song name, artist and album info is a bit
easier.

Curious what is the best app to identify music? Wish siri or the ios version
of google now could do this just by asking, but it appears it is not in the
ios app for google.
