We're both on T-mobile over here using iPhone 7's. Neither one of us get
alerted to voice mail messages when they come in. Ever so often I can go
to the voice mail app and hit the button to modify my greeting and it
will then pull up the messages, but this doesn't work all the time. Are

Are you on T-Mobile in the United States or in Europe? Also, is the
issue that the new voice mail sound is not playing or that new voice
mail notifications are not appearing on your lock screen when someone
leaves a voice mail? Please be specific.

built in app until I do something like select the button to modify my
greetings. At that point it will sometimes pull my messages to the

I have not been following this thread for long I've only seen the last few
posts. All I know about voicemail is that you cannot get visual voicemail
unless you're have cellular data on. Susie put cellular data on then you'll
hear the sounds and they will all come rolling in. Is that the issue?
