Hi list,
I am wondering if anyone might know of a way to remove a hole collection of books from itunes quickly. The problem I have, is that I use iBooks for reading books on the iPhone, where I have all of my books nicely sorted into collections. But, in itunes when I go to where my books are listed, they are not displayed in collections at all, they are just displayed in what seems to me to be a haphazard order, with all my collections mixed up. I want to remove a collection of about 156 books from iBooks, in order to replace it with versions that are much smaller than the pdf files. But in itunes, the 156 books I want to remove are scattered in amongst the books I don't want to remove, meaning that if I have to go and manually delete each book individually from itunes it will be a very long very slow process. If I just remove the collection from iBooks, I think itunes will simply sync the books back on to the phone again when I sync next time.
Does anyone have any idea of a solution?
I wish it was possible to just copy books normally into iBooks, its such a pain having to use itunes to manage them.
Many thanks for any help,
Alex.
