Hi Tom, I am not sure if Netflix would call it a problem as it would appear that it needs to be turned on for each movie by design. Are you using an Apple TV, if so, which one? On the fourth Gen Apple TV the audio description (if available) is always in the menu where you have languages etc.

On the Apple TV, when you find a show that you want to add, click on the show like you were going to watch it, so that you see the play button, then just arrow up and around, you should see something that says add to favorites or something of that nature, or add to watch list, I can't remember

Hi, Christine, The languages menu is in the player once you begin playing a video. I'd suggest you log out and log back in once you set it up the first time. This seems to make it show up reliably, and for me, at least, has permanently set Audio Description as the default option. HtH, Teresa
