Changing playback quality to high did not resolve my problem. Moreover, it is
not a signal strength issue. However, what did resolve my problem was on in
rolling from the test side of things, and reverting back to the standard. I

You are correct. That option turns on subtitles for deaf and hard of
hearing. The Audio menu is to the right and when it is working properly you
will find the audio description in the audio menu to the right of the
subtitle menu. However it is not currently working as of last night.

I saw a note that Apple TV hasn't been authorized yet for that service, but
it's in the works. It does work in iOS, though. It's the Language menu.

Missing as in someone called the house last night and asked how to locate
the Audio Description on the Apple TV. They described the steps they took to
turn it on and said they could not locate AD on their Apple TV. I
immediately went to my television and switched on Daredevil and sure enough
there

Hi, Christine,
The languages menu is in the player once you begin playing a video. I'd suggest
you log out and log back in once you set it up the first time. This seems to
make it show up reliably, and for me, at least, has permanently set Audio
Description as the default option.
