Well, it did call for me, but not without some frustration.
I said “Call Richard turner” and she told me she could only call one
person at a time.
So, I tried my wife’s full name, same response.
I said “call Richard” and she said

Lets say he is asking her to call someone in his contacts. He always used to
be able to do that. Now she says that the screen has to be unlocked. Yes, to

Have him turn off using seri on lock screen. Have him completely power off his
phone. After he turns his phone back on, have him turn use seri on lock screen
back on. Hopefully this will solve his problem. The above steps work for me
when I am having a problem.
