still 1password

Still cannot use 1password. I do not have a keyboard and it will not let me use mBraille. Haven't tried dictation. Do I have to have a computer to use the app? I am confused. It works for some, not for others. About to delete and hope it improves. reggie & Lex -- The following information

As I wrote yesterday, I first asked to create a new vault. Took me to the page where I entered an excellent strength password and repeated it very carefully and put in the rest of the info I wanted. When I ask to make the vault it takes me back to the page to put in the master password and all
