Hi, it can be done, but is a little tricky. When you take the picture of
the check, you should turn your phone sideways so it's in landscape. It
seems to fit the picture of the check easier. Also, make sure the check
is laying flat on a table and that you have enough light in the room.

We are trying to deposit a check using the Chase app and are both blind. It is
not working, keeps saying there is an error, and if it persists you may have to
take the check to a Chase branch.
I assume the front of the check has the name, amount, etc.?
