Where did my list of Siri shortcuts go?

I updated my iPhone 7 Plus iOS 13.1 and then to 13.1.1. I wanted to go and see my list of Siri shortcuts which migrated from 12.4. I open settings and then found Siri and search. The shortcuts used to be in there. They aren’t anymore. They still work, but where can I find the entire list
