Hello Fazil, As you and I are using the same iOS device, iPhone 8, I will simply tell you what I would do, were I experiencing the same problem. I would delete the Youtube app from my phone and then re-install.
I am not saying that this is the best way to resolve your problem, but it is probably the one I would use, if all else failed.
