i guess, VAD_PACK ignores second parameter base_uri_of_resources.
as far as i checked is all versions.

After quite some time doing trial and error, I found out how to compile
the VAD.
Path handling of DB.DBA.VAD_PACK is buggy I think.
DB.DBA.VAD_PACK ( in sticker_uri varchar , in base_uri_of_resources
varchar , in package_uri varchar );
First of all I tried absolute paths and got the error:
