Weird (or natural...) as it seems, now my virtuoso DB started without problems after a reboot of the system... (I thought I did that already, oh my). Attached the log of the relevant days (normal exec, then errors, then back normal again...). Alex Rodriguez Lopez, 06-10-2010 10:13: Hi Hugh,

Hi Hugh, thanks for looking into it, for the moment I think I'll rather start over loading DBpedia stuff into a fresh DB than going through a recovery, as I don't have any meaningful data to recover (by the moment just a test DB). I would be pleased however to know the causes of that problem

Hi Alex, We are looking into possible causes of this. In the meantime you could consider either restoring an backup if you have setup regular online backups or perform a crash dump and restore of the database as detailed at: http://docs.openlinksw.com/virtuoso/backup.html#vdbrecovery B

Hi all! Today I tried to start VOS instance I have around for testing a local DBpedia that so far gave little problems and found I can't get virtuoso to run. I already erased transaction files and so on but the problem persists. The relevant part of virtuoso.log follows: ...friday... 15:57:4
