Thanks for the test data, ee are looking into this issue.
Note the schema and data files you provided where both missing a tag at the
end of the rdf:RDF element types, which need to be added for them to parse in
an RDF/XML validator or load in Virtuoso ...

Yes, Virtuoso does support RDFS Domain and Ranged inferencing, have to read the
Virtuoso inferencing documentation:
