Trying to get CSWS/Apache v2.0 running on VMS V7.3-1, can anyone tell me if
this is a Perl issue or an CSWS/Apache issue?

In an astonishing break with tradition, it looks like 5.8.2 will
follow fast on the heels of 5.8.1. There should be a file in the
distribution called [.pod]perl582delta.pod that documents the
changes. Please test the following snapshot in any environment where
you'd like Perl to work:
