I immediately ran into the issue of formatting special characters in a
wiki. I've had problems with this on both wikipedia an
err, Unix-to-VMS Wiki not VMS-to-Unix.

A few months ago, there was a thread about converting an existing
VMS-to-Unix HOWTO guide into a Unix-to-VMS HOWTO guide. Some work was done
on the mailing list but it peetered out.
