172.10.1.1 is also a private address. You are either behind a firewall
and/or NAT router and will have to either NAT your machine to a public
internet address on your firewall or port forward ports 580x/590x to your
machine 172.10.1.1 across your router depending on how you are connected

The IP-Address 192.168.xxx.xxx is a private address an cannot get over the

If your address is 172.10.1.1, then you would use http://172.10.1.1:5800
to connect with the java viewer. It isn't clear from your email whether
you understand that.
Also, 172.10.1.1 is not a proper private address. It should be
172.16.x.x (or 192.168.x.x or 10.x.x.x).
