We have a working implementation of Enterprise VNC going on Solaris 2.6.
It took some messing with things that maybe shouldn't be messed with but
attached are the steps we took. Buyer beware as this may or not be too
wise and isn't a supported OS per RealVNC. We've had this going since
early April

Have you configured clipboard related checkboxes on both client and
server side correctly
What operating system(s) are you using? If you're using *nix, you probably
need to run the vncconfig app which allows you to copy/paste in VNC.
