I have a custom mouse pointer on my computer, and when i VNC to it from
another computer, i see absolutely no mouse pointer (unless it changes to
the busy pointer, or the resize pointer)

I've two problems with my VNC connections.
1) I can't get my German keyboard to work properly over the VNC connection. The
keyboard mapping is really not correct on most keys. The Z and the Y are mixed
and all the other keystrokes are scrambled.
