VNC on Solaris - connection refused

O Wise Ones - I'm trying to get VNC Server running on a Solaris 10 machine. When I try to connect from a Windows XP client machine on the local area network, I get a "connection refused (10061)" message. The necessary ports on the Solaris machine are open, and there is no firewall between us.
