As I wrote above building contains many hacks and the best way to
understand it is read vnc.spec file (part of source RPM). Btw are you
able to build Xvnc without that patch?

It is part of X server tree (http://www.x.org/). But it is pretty hard
to compile Xvnc when you know nothing about X source code and
compilation.

Free Edition with some RedHat-specific patches applied. You could try
replacing it with the standard VNC Free Edition binaries - if both builds
