Disable local keyboard and pointer, doesn't

Spontaneous closing of VNC Viewer

VNC 4.1, W2000P, Novell network. When I leave VNC Viewer running it frequently closes spontaneously. I want it running continuously to disable the remote keyboard and pointer, (though that isn't happening either). Any ideas? Francois Hugo ___ VNC-List
