X11 vnc client unreachable by screensaver

Hi All, running the vnc4 client and server on Debian 3.1 (testing). Lost my session a couple of times by the local xscreensaver kicking in. Was running the client fullscreen. Couldn't stop the screensaver the normal way because it didn't listen to the keyboard; killed the screensaver from
