Yes, of course.
Just run the RealVNC server on the MS Windows machine.
Connect to it from your Mac's VNC client (Chicken or any
of the other VNC clients that run on a Mac).
Now you can control the MS Windows box from your Mac.
I do it myself from time to time.

on Solaris 8 for me. Of course, better to solve this problem on the
vncserver side.
