Had such a great response from my last question, I thought I'd ask another.
When I remotely connect to a pc I ask the user to hover their mouse over the VNC icon
in the system tray (to accertain the IP address). The problem is identifying it easily
to non it literate users.

them. I am aware that I can set a standard password and remove the ability for users
to change the passwords but as the machines have not been setup in this fashion
