We purchased an Enterprise Edition license on 4.18.2007 but have not yet received a license key nor have we seen any response to prior support requests submitted by form for same.
Is there an email address or contact telephone for RealVNC for support requests other than the web forms submission? We would like to place add'l license purchases but have been unable to complete the transaction for this initial license purchased. Thanks in advance for any helpful response.
