yeah, good luck.
tried asking that they do that, or have this question number one in a faq,

norton and mcaffee both cause problems
i dont run any antivirus software normally. if you are fully aware of what
you are doing, then running it is virtually POINTLESS unless you WANT to
give yourself problems and slow down your computer. if you know what you
are doing, you can avoid the viruses
pretty neat evolutionary idea tho.
instead of sitting there scanning random ports and ip addresses, it's SO
much easier to just have THEM come to YOU!

aw, shouldn't be so hard!
just talk to your network admin, tell him to do some port forwarding for you
for unsecure remote connection from home to your computer on a possibly
classified navy network.
voila!
and then next week, you can look for a new job!

Hi,
the general rule of thumb is to drop the windows firewall, and get any of
the perfectly good, and much better than the windows, free firewalls.
sygate and tiny personal firewall both come to mind.
generally "windows" and "security" aren't words one uses in the same

anyone know if re-implimenting the scaling feature is something that's being

i use scaling a LOT as i generally use vnc to connect to my home computer
from either work, or while i'm on the road, at work i'm forced to use a flat
