Thanks for the suggestion. But I don't have any settings like that.
I suspect the VPN is blocking the VNC to access the server. Is there any
way to find out if VPN is blocking it?

ng my machine at work and when I launch the view, I got a
popup box saying 'Failed to connect to server'.
Can someone help me to figure out how to connect under VPN? Why I can
ping the machine but cannot use VNC to connect?
