Check your Windows XP firewall. -----Original Message----- From: Yvonne Rogers [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, March 24, 2005 1:26 PM To: vnc-list@realvnc.com Subject: Can't Access Computers Anymore
I am running Windows XP and am having problems recently and can not access any of my computers at work any longer. I upgraded to the latest release of VNC server and viewer at home and still no luck. When I imported 3.3 settings I did discover a autosocket port error that wasn't supported error pop up and I hit OK and didn't think about it, but maybe this is the cause of my problem. The only thing we have done different to our systems is upgraded NAV and Windows XP updates. HELP!!! I don't know what else to do except to upgrade to the newest version of VNC and reboot my systems. Thank you.
