TightVNC is based on our old VNC 3 codebase, which doesn't support native
Windows authentication, but it's possible that Const has introduced
functionality of that sort.  VNC Enterprise Edition does support native
Windows NT authentication, and Single Sign-On on systems capable of
supporting it.

VNC Enterprise & Personal Editions currently support this.  If I remember
correctly, TightVNC does too, but implements it by activating monitor
power-saving, which has the potential to do very bad things to the graphics
card and/or monitor of the system being controlled.

As with the standard VNC releases, that will depend upon the host system
hardware and the kinds of applications you're running.
